Father’s Day is a day for dad to spend with the family, shutting down the work and electronics, and hugging the family.  There are so many really cool places in The Woodlands to spend some quality time with the family.. I wanted to share a few things that I found online..  We are going to go to Church at Stonebridge , grab a bite to eat at one of my favorite places, Pit-Master , and then head to Lost Pines in Austin for a few days of Coach’s Skills Camp…

1. Up for some creative memory opportunities?

The Woodlands Children’s Museum is inviting the whole family out on the weekend of June 19 – 21 to enjoy Father’s Day Mementos where the kids can take a photo with Dad in a unique setting. Guests will bring their own cameras or smart phones to create your very own special gift for Father’s Day. There will also be an exciting photo booth that is sure to be a blast!

Get creative with Pinot’s Palette at the Father’s Day Painting Class as we paint Van Gogh’s Starry Night Over the Rhone. 2. How about some food?

Landry’s Seafood Restaurant is offering a delicious Father’s Day Buffet to fill up on, while you’re out and about. Stop by between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for the whole family to enjoy a seafood buffet. Reservations are recommended. La Trattoria Tuscano is excited to have everyone over forFather’s Day Culinary Celebration on the weekend of June 19 – 21 to indulge in your favorite Italian menu items. Woodforest Golf Club at Fish Creek is hosting a Father’s Day Brunch in the Woodforest Grille with Chef Jeremy between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Father’s Day.

3. Like Cars?

The Woodlands Car Club and The Republic Grille are teaming up for the Father’s Day Treat – Classic Cars & Fine Dining for an awesome car display, including several different makes and models from the different eras of the vehicle industry. There will be select menu items that showcase the Texas and Southern style flavors. From tasty chicken fried steak to the blackberry cobbler, Dad will love the 1st Annual Father’s Day Classic Car Display & Fine Dining event.

4. How about just a gift?
