Have you heard about the latest development that will feed into The Woodlands Schools?
We drove out to the Stillwater Community the other day and found a hidden treasure that is sure to please. Looking for the Southern Charm of the Low Country Architecture? You know, the homes that have the great front porches, that resemble the homes built around the lakes and marshes of South Carolina and Georgia. Stillwater will bring you back to the small town charm that is close to the amazing fun and food of The Woodlands. I would call that the best of all worlds. We are excited to see what Gracepoint Homes will do to this amazing property.
The homes will feature the slick columned porches, big balconies, and broad gabled or hipped roof lines. There will be six community lakes that will be surrounded by the home sites. This will be great to sit out on one of those porches and enjoy the sunrise or sunset depending on your view. The ambitious will get to stroll down the many hiking paths, hang out at one of the parks with the kids, or just hang out with the neighbors.
When we first found out about the neighborhood, we immediately drove out to see what was being completed. We got the birds eye tour and discovered that the most amazing part, outside of the quality of construction, is that this neighborhood is part of the Conroe ISD and will send the kids off to Bush Elementary, Mitchell Intermediate, McCullough Junior High and The Woodlands High School. I think our kids will dig it.
It is a great location, take a look. Can you believe how close it is to everything in The Woodlands? There will be an exit from the community to I-45 that will give the commuter quick access to heading to Houston.
I would love to hear your thoughts, as we will continue to keep you updated on the progress. Would you like a tour? Contact us today, and we can get you a private tour. Here is the link to their website, Stillwater
